How can i track my order?

When i will received my order?
Generally it's depend upon your location. but maximum delivery time for national order is 5-7 days.
What if i have received a wrong product?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. If you still have received a wrong product, you can create ticket.

NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

What if i have received a damaged product?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition you can create ticket.

NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

How many days do I have to return my product?

Cancellation/Replacement Help

Why was my order cancelled?
Under some rare circumstances SendKart is not able to service the orders, in these case we cancel the order and process refund immediately. You will be informed about the cancellation of order by email and you can also check from your dashboard.
How long does it take for refund after cancellations?

In the case of a Post Shipment Cancellation, we initiate the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

In the case of a Pre Shipment Cancellation, we initiate the refund after receiving request.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-4 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will ask your details for NEFT transfer or issue you a cheque.

How can I place cancellation request?
You can easily file cancellation request using this link. NOTE:  Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you. Cancellation post shipment:  If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money.
